New day.

Okay this morning started out kind of rough. I have been awake since 4:00 and I am exhausted. I broke down and went through our local coffee shop this morning and bought a fully loaded blended coffee and then got to work and was offered a doughnut...I didn't resist. So now I am feeling guilty, but that isn't stopping me from eating and drinking these things that I know are bad for me.
